The Israeli occupation forces withdrew from the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, east of Gaza City, leaving great destruction throughout the neighborhood. They also took all vital facilities out of service and blew up residential blocks.
This is the third time that Israeli forces have stormed the Zaytoun neighborhood since the beginning of the current war on Gaza, while the neighborhood’s residents reject the idea of displacement from the north of the Strip to its south, stressing their commitment to remaining in their homes.
