The Israeli occupation bulldozers carried out large demolitions in the town of Anata, northeast of occupied Jerusalem, at a time when the occupation forces prevented a protest against the closure of the UNRWA schools (UNRWA) schools in the city.
The demolitions included agricultural and commercial facilities in the Al -Buhaira neighborhood and the southern region of the town of Anata, as well as housing rooms and walls, as well as the destruction of the electricity network lines in the region.
According to the official Palestinian News Agency, the demolitions affected two temporary rooms presented by the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs “OCHA”, as aid to accommodate the owners of homes destroyed by the occupation forces in the past.

In a related context, the Israeli occupation forces stormed this morning, Tuesday, the “Girls of Jerusalem” school in the town of Silwan, south of Al -Aqsa Mosque, to prevent a sit -in called by parents to refuse to close the school of UNRWA.
The media spokesman for the parents, Ramadan Taha – to Al -Jazeera Net – said that the people were surprised by the surrounding and closing the Israeli forces to the area, as it prevented them from implementing the protest and not allowing their presence in the vicinity of the school.
Last week, the occupation authorities closed 6 schools affiliated with UNRWA in each of Shuafat, Silwan, pictures of Baher and Wadi Al -Jawz, in implementation of the decision to prohibit the agency’s work and its activities completely in the city of Jerusalem.
Meanwhile, dozens of settlers continued to storm the Al -Aqsa Mosque with the protection of the Israeli police and occupation forces, which continue to prevent worshipers from entering Al -Aqsa during the morning incursions.
Al -Quds Governorate said in a statement that 578 settlers stormed with heavy guard from the Israeli occupation forces, the mosque during the morning storming period.
