King Charles III has cancer, Buckingham announces


A form of cancer was diagnosed during the king’s recent hospital intervention for benign prostatic hypertrophy, the press release said.

Buckingham announced in a statement Monday evening that King Charles II had cancer.

Charles III wanted to thank his medical team for their rapid intervention, made possible thanks to his recent hospitalization. He says to stay “totally positive about his treatment” and hope “resume fully” his public functions “as soon as possible”.
