The UN Human Rights Head Volker Türk condemned “horrible and inadmissible sufferings” inflicted by Israel in Gaza. Speaking during a session of the Human Rights Council in Geneva, Switzerland, he accused Israel of having blocked vital aid and called for impartial investigations on deadly attacks against civilians.
