“Farnation or bullets”: the dilemma facing the Palestinians in Gaza | Gaza

We look at people’s struggle in Gaza to avoid famine when even help has the risk of death.

Hunger or bullets. This is the dark choice facing a lot of Gaza today. Since the end of May, the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) has directed Aid Distribution, operating only four centers, compared to the old UN network of more than 400. At least 900 Palestinians were killed during attacks on these GHF sites. Critics say that the GHF is nothing other than a front for the genocide, offering a fatal illusion of aid. While the people of Gaza scratch for food, they face an impossible question: risking the “death trap” for a few bags of flour or watching loved ones starve?
