The European Council which opened in Brussels today is crucial for Volodymyr Zelensky. The negotiations concern Ukraine’s accession to the European Union and the approval of European aid of 50 billion euros to the country. Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban is firmly opposed to any gesture towards kyiv.
