Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), broadcast a clip raising a question about the fate of Major General Assaf Hamami, commander of the Southern Brigade in the Gaza Division, who was captured on October 7, 2023.
Al-Qassam accused the occupation leadership of leaving its army leaders in captivity as time ran out to rescue them, referring to Hamami, who is considered the highest-ranking man whose death the Israeli army announced early last December.
