The International Court of Justice (ICJ) has ordered Israel to prevent acts of genocide in Gaza.

The United Nations’ highest court has ordered Israel to take steps to prevent genocide in Gaza and allow humanitarian aid.

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) handed down its ruling on Friday in a case filed by South Africa.

The justices voted overwhelmingly in favor of six emergency measures, including calling on Israel to punish those who incite genocide.

So what impact will this decision have on Israel’s war against Gaza? And how could other countries pressure Israel to comply?
