Israel has presented its defense to the International Court of Justice in response to South Africa’s genocide case.
A two-day public hearing into the South African genocide case against Israel at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) has concluded.
South Africa presented a list of genocidal acts committed by Israel on the first day of hearings on Thursday – while Israel defended itself on Friday.
The court has now begun its deliberations.
He will decide whether South Africa’s arguments are strong enough to issue an interim measure to end Israeli military attacks on Gaza.
So what is the likely outcome of this case?
