The Constitutional Council partially censored the text of the immigration law. 32 articles out of the 49 contested are thus rebutted. These are the harshest articles of the immigration law which have been censored: restrictions on land rights, family reunification or even the “return deposit” for foreign students or the establishment of migration quotas.
