“ We will die ”: the Palestinians have the inaction of the world like hunger ravage Gaza | News Israel-Palestine Conflict

The Palestinians of the Gaza Strip argue to obtain help because more and more people have made hungry to death under the implacable blockade of Israel of the coastal enclave.

Friday, the Gaza Ministry of Health said in a statement that local hospitals had recorded nine new malnutrition deaths in the previous 24 hours.

This brings the total number of these deaths to 122 since the War of Israel against Gaza began in October 2023, including at least 83 children.

“We urgently demand an immediate end to famine, the opening of all the crossings and the preparation entry for infants now, as well as 500 aid trucks and 50 fuel trucks per day,” said the Ministry of Health.

“We hold the Israeli occupation, the American administration and other accomplice states of this genocide – such as the United Kingdom, Germany and France – as well as the international community as a whole, fully responsible for this historic crime.”

Sources at Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis, southern Gaza, said in Tel Aviv Tribune early Saturday that a six -month -old child also died of medical complications related to famine.

Famine deaths have regularly increased in Gaza this week while Israel continues to maintain strict blockage on the territory, preventing a constant flow of food, water, medicines and other supplies to reach Palestinians.

The United Nations warned that children are particularly vulnerable as the crisis is getting worse.

Noor al-Shana, an independent journalist from Nuseirat de Central Gaza, told Tel Aviv Tribune that extreme hunger affected all aspects of life in the band.

She said that she now had trouble finding enough for one meal a day, while four of her relatives were killed while they were looking for food distribution points managed by the GHF, supported by the United States and the United States.

“The world simply says” free Palestine “… We don’t want any words, we want solutions,” she said.

“Enough, we are tired,” added Al-Shana, fighting against tears. “We suffocate. We die here. “

“Deliberate mass forviation”

In addition, sources in the Gaza hospitals told Tel Aviv Tribune that at least 38 people had been killed by Israeli attacks across the enclave since the early hours of Friday morning.

From this, at least six Palestinians were killed while they were trying to collect food on the aid distribution sites.

Philippe Lazzarini, head of the United Nations Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA), reiterated the Critique of the GHF on Friday, calling it a politically motivated “cruel” effort which “takes more lives than it saves”.

Lazzarini asked that the United Nations Aid Stocks be allowed to enter Gaza, warning that the enclave is suffering from “deliberate mass famine”.

“Today, more children have died, their bodies have been emaciated by hunger,” he said in an article on X. “The current famine can only be reversed by a political will.”

The Israeli army has blamed international crisis organizations, saying that aid trucks are inside Gaza, but the UN has refused to distribute aid.

UN officials rejected this, saying several times that they had not received the necessary approvals from the Israeli authorities to distribute the aid.

The UN and other humanitarian groups have also refused to work with the GHF aid distribution program, which they believe is not adherent to humanitarian principles such as impartiality and independence.

While the continuous spiral crisis, the President of the United States, Donald Trump, only blamed Hamas for the apparent collapse of Gaza ceasefire talks, saying that the group was going to be “hunted”.

“Hamas did not really want to conclude an agreement. I think they want to die, and it’s very, very bad,” Trump told journalists in the White House.

The comments of the American president once came after his Middle East envoy said that the American negotiators had withdrawn from the cease-fire talks in Qatar.

Hamas responded to the announcement of the United States with surprise, saying Thursday that it had submitted a positive and constructive response to the last proposal that had been proposed to it.

Despite Hamas’ insistence that it is ready to work for an agreement, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that Israel and the United States weigh on the release of captives in Gaza which do not depend on a negotiated agreement with the Palestinian group.

“With our American allies, we are now considering alternative options to bring our hostages back to the house, put an end to the terrorist rule of Hamas and ensure lasting peace for Israel and our region,” said Netanyahu.

The War of Israel against Gaza killed at least 59,676 Palestinians and injured 143,965 others. It is estimated that 1,139 people were killed in Israel during October 7 led by Hamas, the attacks and more than 200 were taken in captivity.
