The effects of the violence perpetrated by Israeli extremists are still evident on the body of the young Jerusalemite, Daoud Hamouda, despite the passing of days since the incident of his assault near the city of Tel Aviv.

The incident occurred on Tuesday evening while Hamouda was returning from his workplace in the Bnei Brak neighborhood near Tel Aviv, when Israelis intercepted him and beat him up, according to what he and his father confirmed to Tel Aviv Tribune Net, while the Israeli police refused to accept a complaint against the attackers.

When the young man, a resident of Aqbat al-Saraya in the Old City of Jerusalem, apologized for speaking and showing his face, the marks of the beating were clearly visible on his cheeks, back and limbs.

His father, Wissam Hamouda, told Tel Aviv Tribune Net that extremists blocked his son’s way and beat him brutally with sticks and electric shocks all over his body until he lost consciousness, and then he was taken to the hospital.

The father accuses the Israeli occupation police of refusing to receive a complaint from him about the assault on his son, asking, “What if the victim was Jewish?”
