Watch: Israeli police dog attacks elderly Palestinian woman in Jabalia | News

Tel Aviv Tribune broadcast exclusive scenes of an Israeli occupation forces police dog attacking an elderly Palestinian woman in the Jabalia refugee camp in the northern Gaza Strip, while the woman said that she was seriously injured.

Tel Aviv Tribune obtained the leaked clips from a camera installed by the occupation on a police dog, which showed a long-lasting assault on the elderly Palestinian woman inside her home.

In statements to Tel Aviv Tribune, Hajja Dawlat Abdullah Al-Tanani (67 years old) said that the occupation forces released a dog that bit her in her bed while she was sleeping, then dragged her out of the room.

She confirmed that she had repeatedly refrained from leaving her home since the start of the war, noting that her injury was serious as a result of being subjected to cuts, fractures and bleeding.

She added that she is still suffering from the infection in light of the lack of medicines and the damage to hospitals in the Gaza Strip.

In turn, Tel Aviv Tribune correspondent Anas Al-Sharif said that the occupation army, during its recent operation in Jabalia camp, deliberately destroyed and searched citizens’ homes, pointing out that this woman stayed in her home because she was unable to leave due to her inability to do so, and they thought that she was safe.

He stressed that these pictures are part of the violations and crimes committed by the occupation forces, adding that there are greater crimes that have not been documented against children, women and the elderly.

At the end of last month, the Israeli army withdrew from the northern Gaza Strip, after a massive military operation that lasted 20 days, leaving unprecedented widespread destruction, especially in the Jabalia camp and its surroundings, and burning hundreds of homes.

During the occupation forces’ operation, 10 soldiers were killed, according to the army’s announced statistics, amid accusations against Tel Aviv of concealing the true toll of the dead and wounded, in light of the ferocity of the battles and the videos broadcast by the resistance factions.

Earlier today, the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced that the toll of Palestinian martyrs as a result of the Israeli war had risen to 37,658, in addition to 86,237 injuries, since last October 7.
