Today, Thursday, the Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement, showed scenes of its fighters targeting Israeli forces during the fierce battles on the front lines in the northern Gaza Strip.
The footage showed Al-Quds Brigades fighters moving between alleys and houses before targeting a gathering of Israeli military vehicles with anti-armor shells.
According to the video, the targeted vehicles caught fire, with smoke covering the withdrawal of other military vehicles.
Before the targeting operation, one of the brigade fighters said, “We are waiting for the enemy and we will show him, God willing, what will heal the hearts of a faithful people,” describing the Jabalia camp as a steadfastness camp.
The scenes also included the sniping of an Israeli soldier who was standing on the roof of a house, and he immediately fell to the ground, before the occupation forces intervened to evacuate him with heavy fire coverage.
Yesterday, Wednesday, the Al-Quds Brigades announced that its fighters targeted two Israeli military vehicles with “Tandum” shells in the incursion areas east of the Jabalia camp.
On October 6, the occupation army announced the start of a new military operation in Jabalia under the pretext of “preventing the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) from regaining its power in the region.”
Military experts say that Israel is moving forward with implementing the “generals’ plan,” which stipulates besieging residents in the northern Gaza Strip and forcibly displacing them in order to impose a “closed military zone.”
The resistance factions in Gaza have been documenting their operations against the occupation army forces and vehicles in various combat axes since the start of the Israeli ground operation on October 27, 2023, and many details about the operations carried out against the occupation forces appeared during the video clips.
It also carried out successful ambushes against the occupation army, inflicting heavy human losses on it, in addition to destroying and damaging hundreds of military vehicles.
