The Al-Quds Brigades – the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement – showed new scenes that it said showed its fighters detonating a minefield on vehicles and soldiers of the occupation in the Al-Taqaddum axis in the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, east of Gaza City.
The video presented by the Al-Quds Brigades included special scenes of the work of the engineering unit during the battle, and the advance of the Israeli occupation soldiers towards the mines.
It also documented in the photo the moment the minefield was detonated by the occupation vehicles and soldiers, an explosion that was followed by thick smoke that was rising from the target.
The Al-Quds Brigades also showed – in the video broadcast by Tel Aviv Tribune – scenes of the remains of the destroyed vehicles after the withdrawal of the occupation soldiers, and the communications devices that were seized.
The military wing of the Islamic Jihad movement announced that its fighters were engaged in fierce clashes with Israeli occupation soldiers and vehicles penetrating the Al-Taqadum axis, east of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip.
The Al-Quds Brigades also announced that they bombed the occupied city of Ashkelon with a missile salvo “in response to the enemy’s crimes against our people.”
