Tel Aviv Tribune broadcast exclusive scenes of an ambush carried out by fighters of the Al-Qassam Brigades – the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) – against an Israeli force at the Nabulsi Junction, southwest of Gaza City.
The scenes showed the process of monitoring the movements of the occupation forces, their vehicles, and their positions in the Tal al-Hawa neighborhood, west of Gaza, and then the beginning of the process of preparing the minefield and planting explosive devices.
The scenes also included the arrival of a troop carrier and a number of Israeli military vehicles to the ambush, followed by the detonation of the minefield, which was followed by the bombing of the occupation forces with heavy-caliber mortar shells.
After detonating the minefield, Israeli vehicles and jeeps advanced in conjunction with smoke curtains to cover the evacuation of the dead and wounded, as helicopters were observed landing to transport the dead and wounded.
The video concluded with a statement by Al-Qassam spokesman Abu Ubaida, in which he affirmed that “our painful strikes on the enemy will continue wherever they are.”
Al-Qassam announced – yesterday, Saturday – that its fighters were able to trap an Israeli armored force in a minefield prepared in advance at the Nabulsi Junction, where the place was blown up immediately after the armored force arrived at the place.
Al-Qassam confirmed that the force had killed and wounded, noting that its fighters had monitored a helicopter landing to evacuate human casualties among the ranks of the occupation army.
At the same time, Al-Qassam targeted an Israeli “Nimr” troop carrier with an “Al-Yassin 105” shell in the Saudi neighborhood of Tal Al-Sultan, west of the city of Rafah, which led to its destruction and the killing of all its personnel, as acknowledged by the Israeli occupation army.
The Al-Qassam Brigades in Gaza have been documenting their operations against the occupation army forces and vehicles on various fronts of combat since the start of the Israeli ground operation on October 27, and many details of the operations carried out against the occupation forces appeared in the video clips.
