Will Ukraine have enough soldiers to win the war against Russia? This is the whole point of the bill on mobilization, debated in Parliament this week. After almost two years of conflict and lack of renewal of troops, the men sent to the front are exhausted. The new text plans to limit service to three years, but also to lower the age of enlistment from 27 to 25 years or to increase the sanctions for those who flee mobilization.
