War in Ukraine: at least four dead in new Russian strikes

At a time when Moscow says it wants to intensify its attacks against its neighbor, at least four people were killed this Monday in Ukraine in new Russian night strikes.

The Russian strikes targeted several residential and commercial areas in the Ukrainian regions of Zaporizhia, Khmelnytskyi, Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv.

On site, rescuers are working to find survivors in the rubble. According to the latest reports, at least 4 people have died, and dozens of others are injured.

In the Lugansk region, occupied by Russia, Moscow admitted that a fighter plane had accidentally dropped a bomb on the town of Roubizhne. This did not cause any casualties according to the Russian authorities… Information contradicted by Kyiv, which speaks of several injuries. A similar accident took place a few days earlier in the Vornej region, where a Russian plane accidentally dropped munitions on the village of Petropavlovka.

Authorities in the Russian region of Belgorod, on the border with Ukraine, announced the evacuation of 300 people to refuge centers due to intensified shelling. A measure that Moscow is implementing for the first time since the start of the war, a sign of a turning point in the course of the fighting.
