A US official revealed to the Wall Street Journal that Israeli movements in the Gaza Strip are angering President Donald Trump’s supporters from “Let’s make America great again” (Mag).

The Wall Street Journal quoted the US official as saying that the White House is closely coordinating with Israel, and has great influence on Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who realizes that the United States is the only reason for the existence of the State of Israel, as the US official exposes.

He pointed out that Trump is talking to Netanyahu at any problem, such as bombing a church in Gaza, and urged him to issue a clarification statement.

For his part, US Senator Senator Chris Murphy said that Gaza is heading towards starvation and Trump ignores this moral crisis.

He stressed that there is absolutely no justification to deprive civilians of food and water, and they need them, calling on Trump to pressure Israel to end this siege.

The leader of the Democrats of the US House of Representatives, Hakim Jeffrez, also called on the Trump administration to move immediately and end the humanitarian crisis in Gaza.

He said that the humanitarian crisis in Gaza reached the point of collapse, and that the starvation and killing of Palestinian children and civilians is unacceptable, calling for sending urgent humanitarian assistance to Gaza.

He stressed the need for a just and permanent peace, adding that it will only be achieved by a two -state solution.

A joint statement of members of the American Congress said that the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip is “horrific and unacceptable”, and stressed that the chaos and danger of delivering aid in the sector led to the death of about 700 people.

The statement issued by 7 members of Congress reported a warning of more than 100 non -governmental organizations (including doctors without borders, childhood rescue, and Oxfam) from the spread of famine throughout the Gaza Strip.

Congress members called on the Trump administration to pressure Netanyahu to reach a ceasefire agreement in Gaza and return prisoners as soon as possible.

Ethical crisis

10 Palestinians, including a baby, were martyred in the Gaza Strip due to famine during the past 24 hours, while the United Nations Food Rapporteur demanded the international community to punish Israel.

The Ministry of Health in Gaza said that “the total number of those who was fulfilled due to famine and malnutrition has risen to 122, including 83 children.”

The United Nations Secretary -General Antonio Guterres described what is happening in Gaza as a “ethical crisis that defies the global conscience”, and not just a humanitarian crisis, stressing that the words do not feed the hungry children there.

Guterres also stressed the need to work to reach an immediate and permanent ceasefire, and to release all detainees immediately and without restriction, and immediate human arrival without obstacle, and highlighted the importance of taking “urgent and tangible steps that are irreversible towards a two -state solution.”

Since the seventh of October 2023, Israel has launched an American war of genocide in Gaza, leaving more than 203,000 Palestinians among a martyr and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 9,000 missing, in addition to hundreds of thousands of displaced people and the famine that has been exhausted by the lives of many.
