Vladimir Putin is officially in the running for a fifth term at the head of Russia. The Russian state is mobilizing its resources: not to help candidate Putin win, but to ensure him a hands-down victory. Propaganda, false candidates… If traditional fraud techniques are present, one candidacy raises questions: that of Boris Nadejdine, the anti-war competitor. True liberal, or imposter sponsored by the Kremlin? The candidate, who arouses the hopes of the Russian opposition, is awaiting validation by the Russian electoral commission.
