At dawn on Saturday, Israeli occupation forces stormed the city and camp of Jenin in the occupied West Bank from the Al-Jalama and Salem checkpoints, causing violent clashes with Palestinian resistance fighters.
The occupation army also stormed several cities and towns in the West Bank and launched raids and arrests among Palestinians.
According to eyewitnesses, the occupation forces stormed the cities of Nablus and Bethlehem, the towns of Beit Ummar, north of Hebron, and Ein Yabrud, east of Ramallah, in addition to the town of Silwan, south of Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem.
The Israeli occupation forces also stormed the city of Yatta, south of Hebron, and the city of Jericho from its southern entrance, and conducted patrols in several neighborhoods in the city.
The occupation forces pushed additional forces towards Aqabat Jabr camp and Ain al-Sultan camp in Jericho.
Confrontations also took place between Palestinian youths and the occupation forces, which launched a reconnaissance and surveillance march in the sky over the city.
Video clips published by Palestinian media showed loudspeakers in the mosques of Ain Sultan camp calling on the people to confront the ongoing occupation storming the camp.

Raid and siege
In Jenin, video clips showed the Israeli occupation forces firing flares at dawn into the sky of the camp.
Eyewitnesses reported that more than 18 military vehicles were present in Jenin, spread out in several neighborhoods, and besieging the camp from the direction of Al-Hussan Roundabout and Al-Ghabz neighborhood.
Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent said that the occupation forces were stationed in the city’s government hospital, and completely cut off the electricity supply to it and its camp.
He added that the occupation army raided sites and buildings overlooking the camp and deployed sniper teams inside and on their roofs.
Targeting Tulkarm
On the other hand, the Tulkarm Battalion in the Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement, said that “its fighters were able to carry out a shooting attack against a foot force from the Israeli occupation army that was present at the Karak Gate in Deir Al-Ghusun, north of Tulkarm,” and confirmed that they were directly hit.
This continuing escalation in the West Bank comes in parallel with the continued Israeli bombing of several areas in the Gaza Strip for the 78th day in office, and in light of security restrictions and repeated incursions into several cities and towns in the occupied West Bank since the seventh of last October.
