During a visit to Pyongyang organized this week with great fanfare, Vladimir Putin signed a mutual assistance agreement with Kim Jong Un in the event of aggressiona treaty “future-oriented and exclusively peaceful”according to the North Korean leader.

Vladimir Putin, who believes that “Pyongyang has the right to take measures to ensure its security”declared thathe did not exclude “military-technical cooperation” with North Korea in the future.
