The event, held in May to coincide with the Star Wars day, brought together around 500 registered participants parading along a two -kilometer route through the main avenue of the city.
The cosplayers were disguised as characters from the franchise, including the favorite mando of fans of The Mandalorianplayed in the series by the Chilean actor Pedro Pascal.
Fernando Montserrat, bearing a strong resemblance to Pascal, said he was honored to represent the actor, praising his perseverance and his success.
The parade ended with an exhibition of replicas of droids, including a realistic model of R2-D2.
