Following the Herminia storm, the water continues to go up causing historical floods in Ille-et-Vilaine.
In Redon, downstream from Rennes, where the situation becomes critical, concern wins the inhabitants.
Several roads are closed and traffic is strongly disturbed.
The city of Haute Brittany is preparing for the worst, the flood peak is not expected before Wednesday morning.
