While Russia announced on Monday an exchange of 150 soldiers prisoners from each of the two camps, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced the return of 189 Ukrainian prisoners, including “two civilians captured in Mariupol.”

While Russia announced on Monday an exchange of 150 soldiers prisoners from each of the two camps, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced the return of 189 Ukrainian prisoners, including “two civilians captured in Mariupol.”

The United Arab Emirates once again served as mediator in this new exchange of prisoners.
