President Joe Biden honored the memory of 39th President Jimmy Carter at a state funeral in Washington on Thursday. Joe Biden was the first sitting senator to support Carter’s campaign in 1976.
“The friendship of Jimmy Carter taught me and taught me, through his life, that strength of character is more than the title or power we hold”Biden said. “I miss him”he added.
