Children in Gaza have been killed since October 7, 2023, according to what was confirmed by Dr. Hossam Abu Safiya, director of Kamal Adwan Hospital, who lost his son in an Israeli raid because he was providing a humanitarian message, and buried his son next to the hospital wall.
In an interview with Tel Aviv Tribune Live, Abu Safiya could not control himself, and his tears flowed when remembering his martyred son, expressing the deep pain he feels as a result of his loss amid the painful events taking place in the northern Gaza Strip. Journalist Anas Al-Sharif had published a video clip showing the final farewell from his son’s funeral. Dr.

The 10-year-old girl, Zeina Saeed Al-Ghoul, was also martyred during a raid launched by the Israeli occupation army while she was waiting to receive a meal of biscuits in one of the schools designated to shelter the displaced.
In detail, Zeina was standing in line to buy a cake when the occupation dropped another bomb on the school, which led to the loss of her life. Journalist Saeed Radwan was also killed, and the number of victims in this attack on Asmaa School in Al-Shati camp rose to no less than 8 people.
On Monday, the Israeli occupation army admitted bombing a school housing displaced Palestinians in Gaza City, claiming that the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) was using it as a command and control complex.
The occupation army spokesman said on the “X” platform that Israeli warplanes launched a raid on the “Asmaa” school affiliated with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) in the Beach camp, west of Gaza City.
In light of the difficult conditions in Gaza, children suffer from harsh humanitarian conditions, as many of them face a severe shortage of food and basic needs. This is due to the long siege and successive crises that have weakened the economy and infrastructure, making families find it difficult to provide food regularly.
Photojournalist Saeed Jaras posted on his account pictures from Deir al-Balah, commenting on them, saying: “Palestinians are trying to get a free meal amid the famine that the displaced population is suffering from in Deir al-Balah, in the middle of the Gaza Strip.” These pictures show the suffering of children as they seek to obtain food to satisfy their hunger.
The Israeli occupation continues its war on Gaza for the 388th day, leaving martyrs and wounded in several areas of the Gaza Strip, and the occupation forces arrested hundreds of citizens from the north of the Strip.
Medical sources told Tel Aviv Tribune that 22 Palestinians were killed in Israeli raids on the Gaza Strip since Sunday morning, and Israeli Army Radio confirmed the arrest of about 200 Palestinians from the Jabalia camp and areas in the northern Gaza Strip.
Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli occupation army has continued its war on the Gaza Strip, leaving more than 143,500 martyrs and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 10,000 missing, amid massive destruction and a worsening famine looming over the besieged Strip.
