On August 19, another Russian attack on a children’s cafe in Malokaterynivka, Zaporizhzhia region, resulted in the death of a 15-year-old boy and the injury of four others.

In addition, recent attacks on 11 localities in the Sumy region have caused four civilian casualties and 256 explosions.
