The strike hit an encampment near Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in the central city of Deir el-Balah.
The war, which has lasted for nearly 11 months, has displaced around 90% of the 2.3 million of Gaza residents, often repeatedly.
According to Hamas’s health ministry, more than 40,800 Palestinians, mostly civilians, have been killed since the conflict began on October 7 in the Gaza Strip.
