While a military parade marked the 17ᵉ anniversary of its independence, Kosovo is going through a period of political uncertainty.

Prime Minister Albin Kurti’s party won the legislative elections of February 9 without obtaining a majority, the binding to seek a coalition to form the next government.

At the same time, negotiations on the standardization of relations with Serbia are in neutral. The majority of Western countries recognize independence from Kosovo, but not Spain, Greece and Romania.
