Eye witnesses have filmed Israeli military excavators in the north of Gaza demolish the Noura al -Kaabi Diagnosis Center – the only specialized dialysis installation in Gaza. This is the last installation that Israel has destroyed or blocked as it forces the population of Gaza to the south.
