The death toll from Russian strikes on Kharkiv rose to six dead. A 21-year-old woman died of her injuries, said regional governor Oleh Synehoubov “Rescuers are removing his body from the rubble of the house”, he clarified. Earlier, he announced that 51 people had also been injured. 27 people were pulled out of the rubble in Kharkiv, Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko announced.
This new toll brings to seven the total of people killed in this morning’s missile attack. In Pavlograd, Dnipropetrovsk region, a 43-year-old woman was killed and another person injured, according to regional leader Sergei Lyssak.
In Kyiv, 20 people were injured, announced the mayor of the capital, Vitali Klitschko, specifying that “13 were hospitalized, including three children”. “A 13-year-old boy and six adult victims were treated at the scene by doctors. A woman was resuscitated. She is in serious condition in the intensive care unit, but is alive”, he detailed. According to the Ukrainian Interior Ministry, one person is in “state of clinical death”but authorities in the capital have not confirmed this death until now.
