“No child in the world should be killed, least of all one who shelters under the emblem of a humanitarian organization,” says Gemma Connell, Gaza team leader of the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA). She condemned the Israeli attack on Khan Younis which killed five people, including a newborn, who were taking refuge in the El Amal municipal hospital managed by the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS).
