The UN chief Antonio Guterres says that the inhabitants of Gaza endure the “most cruel phase” of the war. He has denounced the blockade of Israel, calling for the 400 trucks authorized to enter Gaza so far “a teaspoon of help” when “a flow of assistance is required”.
