Drone attack leaves at least three injured in the Ukrainian port of Odessa.

Local authorities report the results of the air attack and note that more than 130 people had to be evacuated from a damaged building.

At the same time, two Russian S-300 missiles fell on the city of Kharkiv, in northern Ukraine.

At least 17 people were injured.

The S-300s are the origin of surface-to-air missiles that the Russians have modified and use for conventional bombing.

Russian artillery also struck the city of Kherson where the bombardment left at least one dead and three injured.

For several months, the front line has been almost frozen.

American Secretary of State Antony Blinken nevertheless notes that Ukrainian forces have recovered half of the territories invaded after February 24, 2022.

According to Antony Blinken, from a “strategic” point of view, the war is less fixed “than it might seem from day to day.”
