Slovakia has took the lead in the 17th minute thanks to a header from Ivan Schranz, who had also scored the only goal in their surprise 1-0 victory over Belgium four days earlier.
Oleksandr Zinchenko crossed low to the ground for Mykola Chaparenko, who scored Ukraine’s first goal of the tournament in the 54th minute.
Chaparenko also played a role in the second goal, by sending a long pass to Yaremtchouk, who controlled the ball from the first contact and then pushed it into the net of goalkeeper Martin Dubravka.
