Three young boys aged 12 and 13 were indicted for committing an anti-Semitic rape on a 12-year-old girl.

In her complaint, she states that she was called a “dirty Jew” by her attackers, kicked, slapped and had her hair pulled. One of the three young people allegedly threatened to burn her.

She then claims to have been raped several times by two of the three teenagers.

Two of the perpetrators were taken into custody, and the third placed under the status of assisted witness concerning the acts of rape.

Interviewed Wednesday evening on TF1, Prime Minister Gabriel Attal asked the leaders of the various political parties not to aggravate an already critical situation concerning anti-Semitism in France.

What happened is absolutely despicable, unbearable and unspeakable. Obviously I think of this young girl, her family, her friends and her loved ones. The perpetrators have been identified, arrested, they are in custody and obviously, the sentences will be very heavy and final. And I say it: I truly call on all political leaders to put barriers on the issue of anti-Semitism. Enough of the speeches that trivialize, enough of the comments that we tolerate, which create a climate in the country which, I say, is deadly. And we unfortunately see that since October 7, anti-Semitism has regained strength in our country..” declared Prime Minister Gabriel Attal.
