Many demonstrators waved Israeli flags, while others raised banners criticizing Netanyahu’s handling of key issues, including promoting a draft law related to conscription that exempts religious Jews (Haredim) from compulsory military service, in addition to his policy in the war on the Gaza Strip and his refusal to reach a ceasefire with the resistance and Hezbollah attacks. Lebanese on northern Israel.

The almost weekly demonstrations did not result in a change in the political scene in Israel, as Netanyahu still enjoys a stable majority in the Knesset.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent stated that these demonstrations are increasing and growing day after day, while Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper reported that a large demonstration will be held next Wednesday in the Negev under the title “Enough of the immorality of the kidnappers and the siege.” A demonstration will also be held on Thursday in front of Netanyahu’s house in Caesarea under the title “Enough of the immorality of the North.” .

According to the newspaper, the organizers of these protests intend to organize huge demonstrations next Saturday evening in Tel Aviv and 60 other locations.

The organizations leading these demonstrations had announced a full week of protests in an escalation of their movement and demonstrations against the Netanyahu government, after the resignation of Benny Gantz and Gadi Eisenkot from the government and the dissolution of the war council that was supposed to lead the course of the war on the Gaza Strip.

“Israel Today” newspaper reported that the “Brothers in Arms” organization carried out a protest march that started from the home of President Isaac Herzog to the Knesset as part of what the demonstrators call “Resistance Week.”
