A video clip of a Palestinian child from the Gaza Strip circulated on social media in which he recounts the tragic incident of the martyrdom of his father and grandfather in a brutal Israeli bombing that targeted their home in Gaza.

Social media pioneers circulated a video clip of the child, Islam Al-Qarinawi, screaming angrily, “This is my father’s jacket.. This is your jacket, my father.”

The child, Islam Al-Qarinawi, appears in a video on top of the rubble of his destroyed house, and says: “I was here with my father and grandfather, so my father asked me to go to school, so I went… and on the way I heard the sounds of bombing.”

Islam added to Tel Aviv Tribune’s camera that he returned to the house and found it destroyed, and when he began searching among the rubble, he found his father’s “jacket” that was hanging over a chair, torn, and he also found other things that were inside the house.

Despite his young age, this child stood up courageously and demanded an end to the war launched by the Israeli occupation against the Palestinians, so that the people of Gaza could rest for even a minute, adding that in the war he lost his father, his grandfather, two of his friends, and others.

The story of the child Islam is one of several tragic stories of the children of Gaza, whose childhood and innocence were not spared by the Israeli occupation, killing and wounding some of them, leaving many of them orphans after they lost their fathers and mothers.
