The number of martyrs in Al-Faraa camp in the occupied West Bank rose to 4 on Monday morning, while an Israeli woman was injured in a shooting at a car near the town of Ateret in the region.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health said in a statement, “The young man, Rashid Habib Al-Aidi (17 years old), was martyred by occupation bullets in the Al-Far’a camp, south of Tubas,” bringing the camp’s martyrs to four.

On Monday morning, Israeli army forces stormed the Al-Far’a camp for the second time in two weeks.

Eyewitnesses said that “Israeli army forces stormed Al-Fara’a camp, and clashes broke out between gunmen and the occupation forces.” Witnesses stated that the army “installed snipers in several locations in the camp and imposed a siege on it.”

For its part, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society said that its crews “transported a child who was injured by live bullets, in Al-Fara’a camp.” She indicated that the child “was injured in the chest, and was undergoing cardiopulmonary resuscitation.”

Two executions documented

Last Friday, the Israeli Information Center for Human Rights in the Occupied Territories, “B’Tselem,” published two video clips documenting the execution of two Palestinians by the Israeli army, at close range, in the West Bank during the storming of the “Far’a” camp on December 8.

These raids and executions carried out by the Israeli army in the West Bank come in parallel with a devastating war it has been waging in the Gaza Strip since October 7, which led to the martyrdom of about 19,000 Palestinians, most of whom are women and children.

For its part, the Israeli occupation army radio announced that an Israeli woman was injured in a shooting at a car near the town of Ateret in the central West Bank.

Hebrew media published a picture of the car that it said was exposed to gunfire, resulting in an Israeli woman being injured.
