The Israeli army announced – today, Tuesday, that a missile fired from Yemen had been monitored towards Israel, and that it had been intercepted.
The Israeli army added that the sirens were activated in several areas in Israel after the missile was monitored.
For its part, the Israeli home front said that the sirens died in central Israel after monitoring the launch of the missile.
Sources of the island that the sirens also died in several settlements in the occupied West Bank, coinciding with the firing of missiles from Yemen.
The Houthis are launching repeated missile attacks on Israel, considering this “in response to Israel’s attack on the Gaza Strip.”
They pledged to continue their missile attacks on Israel, “As long as Tel Aviv continues the war of extermination on the Strip.”
Israel launched raids on Yemen, one of which is on May 6, and caused damage to the main airport in the capital, Sanaa, and killed a number of Yemeni civilians.
