Today, Thursday, the Palestinian resistance factions continued their confrontation with the occupation army on the areas of incursion into Gaza, especially in the north of the Gaza Strip and in the city of Rafah in the south, where the Israeli army admitted that 5 soldiers were wounded, including a soldier from the “Netzah Yehuda” battalion who was wounded “seriously.”

This comes as the Ministry of Health in Gaza said that the occupation army committed 9 massacres in the Strip, leaving 91 martyrs and 21 injured during the last 24 hours, which raises the toll of the Israeli aggression to 35,800 martyrs and 80,011 injured, since last October 7. .

The Ministry also announced the martyrdom of the Assistant Commander of the National Security Forces in the Gaza Strip in an “assassination operation” carried out by occupation aircraft in central Gaza City.

Resistance operations

The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), said that it detonated a booby-trapped tunnel in an Israeli foot force, killing and wounding its members in Beit Hanoun, north of Gaza.

In Jabalia camp, Al-Qassam announced that its fighters targeted 3 Israeli Merkava 4 tanks with Al-Yassin 105 shells.

It also announced the targeting of the occupation forces penetrating the vicinity of Salah al-Din Gate on the Palestinian-Egyptian border, south of Rafah, with mortar shells.

In turn, the Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement, said that it bombed a position to maintain Israeli occupation vehicles east of the Central Governorate.

It added that the 071 mm rocket shell caused direct hits on the site, and also confirmed the bombing of the military crowds and Israeli vehicles penetrating southeast of Rafah with a barrage of mortar shells.

Bombing and clashes

On the other hand, the Israeli army announced that it was continuing its military operations in the Brazil and Shaboura neighborhoods in Rafah.

He indicated that he was continuing his military activity in the Netzarim corridor, which separates the northern Gaza Strip from its center and south, announcing – in a statement – that he had thrown the “Netzah Yehuda” battalion into an operation that he described as specific in the Beit Hanoun area, northern Gaza Strip.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent also said that artillery shelling and clashes took place in the vicinity of Salah al-Din Gate, south of Rafah.

New losses

On the other hand, Israeli Army Radio – quoting soldiers from the 202nd Battalion in the army – reported that the battles in the Jabalia camp were among the “most difficult battles”, and that Hamas militants “enjoyed great audacity that we have never seen before.”

The Israeli army confirmed that the battles caused the injury of 5 soldiers, which brings the number of those injured in its ranks since the beginning of the war to 3,573 officers and soldiers, including 1,774 since the start of the ground incursion on October 27 last year.

He also said that the death toll rose to 634 officers and soldiers, noting that 554 soldiers were seriously injured, and that 265 soldiers and officers continued to receive treatment following their injuries in the Gaza battles.

Appeals

On the other hand, the Ministry of Health in Gaza said that it had launched appeals for the need to deliver fuel to the Strip’s hospitals, “but to no avail,” stressing that dozens of patients were at risk of death within hours due to running out of fuel.

She indicated that health services would stop “within two hours” at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir Al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip due to the exhaustion of fuel, calling on the United Nations and the international community to intervene to stop the war “before it is too late.”

It is worth noting that the Israeli occupation army continues its aggression against the Gaza Strip for the eighth month in a row, leaving tens of thousands of martyrs, injured and missing, most of them women and children, in addition to famine and an unprecedented humanitarian and health crisis, according to international and international reports.
