The Al-Zeitoun district of Gaza City was left in ruins after a 45-day Israeli military operation which flattened entire residential blocks. Residents of the northern region of Gaza have described it as the most destructive foray to date. Ibrahim al-Khalili of Tel Aviv Tribune reports in the middle of the wreckage.
