The occupation threatens the lives of dozens at Kamal Adwan Hospital and blows up residential buildings in Nuseirat news

The Israeli occupation requested the evacuation of Kamal Adwan Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip, and targeted it with bombing and gunfire, threatening the lives of dozens of patients, their companions, and the hospital staff. This coincided with the continuation of Israeli raids on various areas of the Strip.

The Tel Aviv Tribune correspondent confirmed that contact with journalists inside Kamal Adwan Hospital had been lost, and this came after the Ministry of Health in Gaza confirmed that the Israeli occupation army had requested the immediate evacuation of Kamal Adwan Hospital. Tel Aviv Tribune obtained special scenes showing the accumulation of wounded women and children in one of the hospital’s corridors after all its department rooms were exposed to gunfire and artillery shelling by Israeli vehicles penetrating the hospital’s vicinity.

The hospital director, Dr. Hossam Abu Safiya, said that the Israeli occupation is directly bombing the hospital. He stated that the occupation informed them that the hospital would be evacuated within hours, holding the world responsible for what is happening there.

For his part, Director General of the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip, Munir Al-Bursh, told Tel Aviv Tribune that the occupation forces’ request to the crews to evacuate Kamal Adwan Hospital immediately threatens the lives of 80 patients in the hospital.

The director of field hospitals at the Ministry of Health in Gaza, Marwan Al-Hams, also said that there is no safe way to remove patients and staff from the hospital. He added in an interview with Tel Aviv Tribune that what is happening in the hospital is deliberate killing by the occupation, and that the patients’ exit from the hospital means their inevitable death. He revealed that the Ministry of Health in Gaza had contacted the World Health Organization and UNRWA, but to no avail.

On the other hand, Israeli Channel 12 said that the army was expanding its operation in the northern Gaza Strip and dropping leaflets calling on residents of areas in Beit Hanoun to evacuate.

Israeli raids

On the other hand, Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent reported the fall of 13 martyrs as a result of bombing targeting several areas of the Gaza Strip, since dawn on Sunday.

8 people were killed earlier, and others were injured as a result of an Israeli air strike that targeted a school housing displaced people in the Al-Daraj neighborhood, east of Gaza City.

While 6 Palestinians were martyred in a bombing that targeted a house in the city of Deir al-Balah, in the central Gaza Strip. Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent said that the search is continuing for missing persons under the rubble of the targeted four-storey house.

Eyewitnesses reported that the building contains large numbers of displaced people.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent also reported that 3 Palestinians were killed as a result of an Israeli air strike on the east of the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip.

While 4 Palestinians, including two children, were martyred, and others were injured in an Israeli bombing that targeted a house north of the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent stated that the occupation forces bombed a residential apartment in the center of the city of Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip, resulting in the death of two people.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent said that the occupation army blew up residential buildings north of the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip, in conjunction with continuous artillery shelling.

Nuseirat camp is the third largest camp in Palestine after Jabalia and Al-Shati camps in terms of area and population. It is located in the middle of the Gaza Strip and was established after the Nakba in 1948.

With American support, Israel has been committing genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza since October 7, 2023, leaving nearly 153,000 Palestinian martyrs and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 11,000 missing, amid massive destruction and a famine disaster that killed dozens of children and the elderly.

Tel Aviv continues its massacres, ignoring two arrest warrants issued by the International Criminal Court on November 21, against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Galant, on charges of committing war crimes and crimes against humanity against the Palestinians in Gaza.
