The occupation launches a campaign of raids and arrests in cities and towns in the West Bank News

Today at dawn, the occupation forces launched raids and arrest campaigns in the cities and towns of the occupied West Bank, which are witnessing mounting anger against the ongoing aggression against the Gaza Strip.

The Palestinian News Agency (Wafa) reported that the occupation forces arrested 13 Palestinians from the town of Qatana, west of occupied Jerusalem.

In Hebron, in the south of the West Bank, the occupation forces arrested a young man and seized a vehicle and sums of money. It also arrested two young men in the city of Bethlehem after raiding the Dheisheh camp and the village of Husan near the city.

In the northern West Bank, the Israeli army arrested two Palestinians from the village of Beit Iba, west of the city of Nablus. The Palestinian News Agency said that the occupation raided a number of homes in the village, searched them, and tampered with their contents.

Since the seventh of last October, the Israeli army has carried out daily raids and incursions into villages, towns and camps in the West Bank and Jerusalem, accompanied by confrontations, arrests, and the firing of bullets and gas bombs, coinciding with its ongoing aggression against the Gaza Strip.

During this period, the occupation forces arrested about 4,900 Palestinians in the occupied West Bank, and killed about 510 Palestinians, including 111 children, since the beginning of 2023, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health.
