Israeli forces continue to launch air strikes on areas of the Gaza Strip, while the Israeli army is waging ground battles with Palestinian resistance factions in several areas in the besieged Strip.

The Palestinian News Agency said that the Israeli occupation forces committed new massacres last night and at dawn on Wednesday in various parts of the Gaza Strip, especially in the Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza Strip.

The occupation targeted an entire residential square in Jabalia camp, which led to dozens of martyrs and wounded, including children and women, and launched a barrage of phosphorus and smoke bombs towards the center of the camp, which is witnessing a series of intense raids.

The occupation aircraft bombed the Palestine School, west of Jabalia, which shelters displaced people, leading to the death of dozens and the wounding of others.

Also, 10 citizens were martyred and others were injured in a bombing that targeted a house on Al-Nafaq Street in Gaza City, and 6 other martyrs were martyred in the bombing of two houses in the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip, while 3 martyrs were killed and dozens were injured in a raid that targeted a house in the western camp in Khan Yunis.

The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip said that Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital received 73 martyrs and 123 injured during the past 24 hours. The Ministry also announced the death of 16,248 Palestinians and the injury of 43,616 since the start of the war on the seventh of last October.

Ground battles

The Israeli army besieged the large city of Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip, where clashes are taking place, considered the most violent on the ground since the start of the war two months ago between it and fighters from the Palestinian resistance factions.

The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), announced that it had targeted a house in which the occupation soldiers were barricaded, with a personnel shell and machine guns in the eastern axis of the city of Khan Yunis, and sniped 4 soldiers, wounding them with certain injuries.

Al-Qassam also bombed Israeli forces penetrating the eastern areas of Khan Yunis with a barrage of heavy-caliber mortar shells, and bombed Israeli enemy crowds at the Sufa military support site and the Nir Ishaq settlement with rocket salvoes.

Al-Qassam said – earlier today, Wednesday – that its fighters were able to snipe 6 Israeli soldiers with homemade “Ghoul” rifles, in the Al-Zana area in the eastern axis of the city of Khan Yunis, and seriously injured them, and they were able to finish off 10 occupation soldiers from zero distance in the eastern axis of Khan. Yunis. They also targeted an Israeli special force consisting of 8 soldiers with an anti-personnel missile, achieving a direct hit.

For its part, Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of Islamic Jihad, said that it bombed Israeli army gatherings in the vicinity of the Sheikh Nasser area, east of Khan Yunis, and added that its members were targeting an Israeli special force with an anti-personnel missile in the vicinity of Al-Zalal Mosque, east of Khan Yunis.

The Al-Quds Brigades also bombed Israeli crowds in the vicinity of the Cultural Center in Bani Suhaila with mortar shells, and fired rocket salvoes at the Muftahim settlement.

On the other hand, the Israeli occupation army reported the killing of an officer in the armored battalion in the ongoing battles in the Gaza Strip. It also acknowledged the killing of an officer in a military vehicle overturn accident in southern Israel.

The number of Israeli army deaths since the beginning of the ground operation in Gaza has reached 85 officers and soldiers, and thus the total – announced – since Operation Al-Aqsa Flood and the war on Gaza on October 7 last year has risen to 409 officers and soldiers.

Israeli Army Radio said that what it describes as a ground maneuver in northern and southern Gaza will continue for an additional month, according to the assessment of the security system, and that the army will continue to pressure Hamas to resume negotiations on better terms, as it put it.

The ground war in the Gaza Strip began on October 27 in the northern Gaza Strip, but the Israeli army expanded the scope of its operations to include the entire Strip approximately two months after the start of the war on October 7.

Exodus movement

The Israeli army drops leaflets daily on Khan Yunis and other cities warning of imminent bombing and asking residents to leave their residential areas. However, the United Nations, which estimated that 28% of the territory of the Gaza Strip is covered by these orders, considers it “impossible” to establish safe areas to receive civilians. As defined by Israel.

Thousands of civilians fled their homes that were destroyed under the bombing on foot, on motorcycles, or on vehicles loaded with their belongings. They are now trapped in an area that is shrinking day by day near the border with Egypt, and are facing a catastrophic humanitarian situation.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent said that Israeli occupation aircraft bombed displaced people from the eastern regions of Gaza City.

For their part, the Palestinian factions warned – in a statement – against any consistency with the Israeli project for displacement under the headings of aid or safe areas, and said that whoever wants to protect the Palestinian people in Gaza must intervene to stop the war of genocide and open the crossings, and expressed their unified position in confronting the conspiracy that aims To displace people from the Gaza Strip to Sinai.

Meanwhile, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Refugees (UNRWA) said that another wave of displacement is taking place in Gaza and the situation is getting worse every minute.

UNRWA confirmed that the entire Gaza Strip has become one of the most dangerous places in the world, and that there is no safe area.

The United Nations reported that 1.9 million people, or 85% of the population of the Gaza Strip, were displaced as a result of the war, with more than half of the homes being destroyed or damaged.
