About 20 Palestinians were martyred – since dawn today, Monday – by the continuous Israeli bombing on various areas of the Gaza Strip, which focused on Rafah and Khan Yunis in the south of the Strip, while the occupation army retreated from the east of Deir Al-Balah and began – after that – to recover the bodies of the martyrs, amid warnings of the impact of the interruption. Medicines and fuel on the lives of the injured.

In the past 24 hours, the occupation committed 5 massacres in the Gaza Strip, including the bodies of 40 martyrs and 218 injured, according to the Gaza Ministry of Health.

Thus, the death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression against the besieged Gaza Strip rose to 37,124 martyrs and 84,712 injured, according to the previous source.

Targeting displaced people

Medical sources confirmed to Tel Aviv Tribune that the bodies of 5 martyrs and more than 30 wounded had arrived from Rafah to the Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Yunis since this morning.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent reported that a number of Palestinians were injured in occupation forces’ gunfire targeting displaced people in the Mawasi Rafah area, south of the Gaza Strip.

He added that continuous Israeli artillery shelling targeted areas adjacent to the Palestinian-Egyptian border, west of the city of Rafah.

The Palestinian News Agency confirmed that two Palestinians were killed and others were injured with various injuries, as a result of the occupation aircraft bombing a house in the Shujaiya neighborhood, east of Gaza City.

It added that the occupation gunboats fired dozens of shells towards the shore of Gaza City, while its artillery opened fire on homes in the Tal Al-Hawa neighborhood, southwest of the city, and the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, southeast of the city.

Israeli aircraft also launched a series of raids east of the Bureij camp, one of which was a concussion missile that resulted in an earthquake that was felt by residents of the Central Governorate.

Bodies recovered

In Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip, the occupation forces retreated with their vehicles from the eastern areas of the city after a limited incursion that lasted 5 days, targeting Palestinians who tried to reach their homes.

Ambulance crews succeeded in reaching the areas from which the Israeli army retreated, and recovered the bodies of martyrs killed by the army in recent days during its incursion into the area.

The occupation army blew up a group of houses and bulldozed many residential and agricultural areas before withdrawing.

No medicines, no fuel

As the death toll increased and the occupation continued to close the Rafah crossing since May 7, the head of the Rafah Governorate Emergency Committee, Marwan Al-Hams, warned that stopping electricity generators in hospitals would lead to a large number of deaths.

Speaking to Tel Aviv Tribune, he confirmed that no medicines had entered the Gaza Strip since the occupation closed the Rafah crossing, saying that there were no alternatives if the electricity generators in hospitals stopped, calling on the international community to intervene to resolve the crisis.

Israel continues its war despite a decision by the UN Security Council to stop the war immediately, and orders from the International Court of Justice to end the invasion of the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip, and to take measures to prevent acts of genocide, and to improve the extremely difficult humanitarian situation in Gaza.
