Sources reported to Tel Aviv Tribune that Israeli occupation forces stormed the city of Jericho and clashed with resistance fighters in Jenin, while settlers assaulted two women in Nablus in the occupied West Bank.
Local Palestinian sources reported that the occupation forces stormed Aqabat Jabr camp in Jericho, north of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank.
A number of military vehicles, accompanied by a bulldozer, stormed the city of Jenin from the Al-Dalma military checkpoint, north of the city, and raided a number of shops.
According to eyewitnesses, the occupation forces confiscated agricultural fertilizers and chemicals from a store.
The military operation in the city, which lasted more than an hour, witnessed armed clashes between Palestinian resistance fighters and the occupation forces, during which the fighters confronted the invading forces with bullets and detonated explosive devices.
The official Palestinian News Agency (Wafa) quoted local sources that the occupation detained a number of young men at Jamil Roundabout on Nazareth Street.
Israeli forces also stormed the village of Deir Ibzi’, west of Ramallah in the West Bank.
In the northern West Bank, local sources reported that large forces from the occupation army stormed the city of Salfit and raided several homes.
Settler violations
In the town of Deir Sharaf, west of Nablus, two Palestinian women were injured in an attack by Israeli settlers.
The Palestinian Red Crescent said in a statement that its crews transported to the hospital “two injured women (54 and 42 years old) who were beaten by settlers during their storming of the village of Deir Sharaf, west of Nablus,” without further details.
In the village of Madama, south of Nablus, eyewitnesses told Anadolu Agency that the Israeli army stormed the village, closed its entrances, and smashed the windows of a store.
Meanwhile, the official Palestinian News Agency, Wafa, said that the army “imposed a curfew on its streets.”
As for the south of the West Bank, eyewitnesses told Anadolu that the Israeli army stormed the village of Tabqa, south of the city of Hebron, and fired bullets in its streets, without any arrests or injuries being reported.
In parallel with the ongoing genocidal war in the Gaza Strip, the Israeli army expanded its operations in the West Bank, while settlers expanded their attacks on the Palestinians, their property, and their sources of livelihood, resulting in the killing of 763 Palestinians and the wounding of about 6,300, according to official Palestinian data.
While the Israeli genocide in Gaza, which has been continuing since October 7, 2023, resulted in more than 143,000 Palestinian martyrs and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 10,000 missing people, amid massive destruction and famine that killed dozens of children and the elderly, in one of the worst humanitarian disasters in the world.
Tel Aviv continues the genocide, ignoring the UN Security Council resolution to end it immediately, and the orders of the International Court of Justice to take measures to prevent acts of genocide and improve the catastrophic humanitarian situation in Gaza.
