The occupation carries out incursions into the West Bank, and the Al-Quds Brigades confront them in Tulkarm news

The Israeli occupation forces continued their incursions into various areas in the West Bank, and the Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad movement, announced that its fighters confronted the occupation forces in two locations in the West Bank.

The occupation army sent reinforcements that roamed the streets of the town of Tammoun, stormed the homes of wanted persons, interrogated their families, and demanded that they pressure them to surrender themselves.

The Israeli occupation forces also stormed the town of Sa’ir, northeast of Hebron in the West Bank. Local sources reported that the occupation forces stormed the town and conducted patrols in its streets, leading to the outbreak of confrontations between Palestinian youths and the occupation forces.

The Al-Quds Brigades announced that its fighters in the Tulkarm Brigade confronted the Israeli occupation forces that stormed the city.

The Tulkarm Battalion explained in a statement via Telegram, “After returning contact with one of our combat formations, they confirmed to us that they were able, at exactly 2:10 am today, to confront the enemy forces’ storming of the city of Tulkarm.”

She added that they were able to “rain heavy showers of bullets on the invading vehicles and enemy soldiers, causing confirmed casualties,” according to the statement.

The Al-Quds Brigades announced that its fighters were waging fierce battles with the occupation forces storming several areas in Tammoun.

She indicated that they fired a barrage of bullets at an Israeli special force that tried to infiltrate the house of a fighter in the town.

Arrests

On the other hand, the Palestinian Prisoners’ Club announced that since last night, the occupation forces have arrested at least 6 citizens from the West Bank, including a child.

According to the Prisoners’ Club, the Israeli occupation forces have arrested more than 12,100 people from the West Bank, including Jerusalem, since the start of the ongoing genocidal war on Gaza.

In conjunction with the war of extermination in Gaza, the Israeli army expanded its operations and settlers escalated their attacks in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, resulting in 824 martyrs and about 6,500 wounded, according to data from Palestinian bodies.

With American support, Israel has been committing genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza since October 7, 2023, leaving nearly 153,000 Palestinian martyrs and wounded – most of them children and women – and more than 11,000 missing, amid massive destruction and an unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe.
