Israeli forces launched a large-scale military operation in the Tulkarm camp in the northern West Bank, targeting what they described as the military arms of the Palestinian resistance factions.
The operation began with an air strike targeting a vehicle carrying a number of Palestinians, whom Israel said were armed. This led to martyrs and wounded. This was followed by a ground assault with the participation of 15 military vehicles and two bulldozers, amid armed clashes and explosions.
Local sources reported to Tel Aviv Tribune that the occupation’s attempts to control the camp and eliminate the resistance will fail, pointing to the development of resistance methods in the camp and other areas in the West Bank.
